VISSION

 

Kame nga mga taga Brgy. Doña Pulqueria, tikang yana nga tuig 2014 ngadto sa kahasta, in sa nga kumunidad sin mainoswagon, may mahimsog nga katawhan, may balace nga panginabuhian nga ginmamaniharan sam mga opisyales sa barangay, kaupod an bug-os nga katawhan nga sayo nga CHILD-FRIENDLY sa Baarangay.

 

 

MISSION

 

Igpatuman an mga burohaton pangkauswagan sa Barangay para makab-ot an mga hingyap nga pagreso sa kumonidad pinaagi sa pag-burobligay sam mga opisyales san Barangay nga nag-hahatag sa talaid nga pag-serbisyo ngan panggobyernohan.

 

Barangay Doña Pulqueria is situated just along the Catarman river. It is surrounded by a huge hectarage of rice field by which the barangay residents depends most on rice production. The hilly portion of the land is planted by root crops, fruit trees and vegetables by which they sell the farm product to the market at the town proper of Catarman.

 

The barangay residents focus on farming as their prime livelihood to support their family. They are peace loving people which characterized the sirene place of Barangay Doña Pulqueria.

 

Livelihood program is prioritized by the barangay officials to improve and developed the livelihood especially the poor. It is spearheaded by the active Punong Barangay Hon. Pedro L. Balleta with the full support of the barangay kagawad members.

 

The barangay Development Council meeting are usually held at the barangay hall. The concerned barangay officials discuss the barangay issues and problems where they come up to a definite unanimous decision in favor to the welfare of the people.
