Barangay Jose Rizal is a peaceful, prosperous and united barangay with god, loving, industrious and well-off citizens/people who are united together for a common purpose of attaining clean environment under the system of a fair, democratic and human leadership that shall ultimately result in a progressive and better quality of life concerning the people.

 

Also a community health, friendly and happy people/citizens: participate and cooperative yet remains self-reliant, especially a progressive and environment friendly neighborhood that has affected change towards sustainable development in the municipality.

To promote progress thru encouragement of their participation and cooperation in a realistic and sustainable ecological, economical, socio-cultural and human development the people’s capacity to manage their own resources and organization is strengthened and stronger coordination and linkages with different the government and the private sector is forted and also the advancement program with other neighboring barangays.
