Barangay Liberty is located in a far distant place from the town proper to Catarman. It is characterize with a mountain range rich in soil suitable for farming. The hilly portion of the barangay are planted with fruits, coconut trees, bananas, vegetables and root crops.

 

The barangay residents are peace loving and congenial people. They are united and would come up to a common decision and in favor to the people.

 

The basic programs and services of the barangay are prioritized by the barangay officials spearheaded by the Punong Barangay Hon. Michael T. Jumafiao with the support of the active and dynamic barangay kagawad members.

 

The barangay issues and problems are deliberately discussed to come up with an appropriate decisions for the common welfare.
