LGU-barangay Narra, Catarman, Northern Samar being in a commercial centrum is a service oriented barangay government for the development of its constituents and the barangay as a whole.

LGU-barangay Narra, Catarman, Northern Samar thru the principle of transparency, integrity, unity and commitment are duly bound in responding the needs and delivery of service for its constituents.

 

 

Barangay Narra is situated at the market place of catarman northern samar. It is an urbanized community where industrial and commercial establishment are very visible and cater a lot of job opportunities among its residents.

 

The resident are very supportive to the leadership of Punong Barangay, Hon. Fernando G. Carpio with his barangay kagawad and staff.
