VISSION

 

An barangay Old Rizal kaupod an mga opisyales , residente ug molopyo matagan sin maupay nga serbisyo panlawas, pankamurayawan, o pangabuhi-an para sa kauswagan sa bug-os nga barangay. An pagmantiner sa kalimpyo ngan kaupay nga kalibungan , an pag-uswag  sa Clean & Green Program nga eguin lunsar tikang sa pangobyernohan, an pag debelop nga maging sayo nga model sa Solid Waste Management.

 

MISSION

 

           An barangay old rizal, mao in magiging sayo nga malimpyo ngan progresibo san bungto san Catarman, ngan may ada sin pagkasarayo, ngan mahigugmaon nga mga katawhan , nasuporta sin produktibo nga Agrikultura pang ekonomiya dida sin  sayo nga mamurayaw, desiplinado nga kumunidad sa ilarom sa liderato sin tangkod nga pang gobyernuhan.

 

Barangay old rizal is a sirene place. The resident are peace loving people and very supportive to any community based programs designed by the barangay officials.

 

The punong barangay Hon. Rogelio O. Torres with his barangay kagawad member take pride to sustain the opportunity for livelihood programs extended as an aid to help the low-income families.

 

However, it was headed by the past punong barangay who initiated the sense of volunteerism stemmed from the residents sense of ownership and strong leadership of the implementers.
