VISION

 

Barangay san Julian envisions being the premier barangay in catarman with a transparent, efficient quality and accountable governance, economically balanced, gender sensitive, orderly and safe, advocating for racial and faith concord in the achievement of peace, promoting and protecting the right of every citizen and provides a better quality of its life to its citizen.

To fasten unity, cooperation and sincerity among the residence popularizing supportive and approachable governance, responsive and above all good fearing barangay officials.

 

 

Barangay san Julian is a far distant barangay from the town proper of catarman. It is hilly with a mountain range that lies along the barangay. It is endowed with a rich natural resources aside from the coconut and fruit trees, root crops and vegetable which supplement the food supplies of the populace.
